Ellipted clauses/comma splices and parenthetical main clauses

a. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue, not as much as John.

b. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue, not as much as John though.

c. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue, not as much as John, I bet.

d. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue, I bet not as much as John.

e. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue. I bet not as much as John.

f. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue. Not as much as John, I bet.

g. I'm very much looking forward to the new catalogue. Not as much as John, I bet though.

Please can you tell me which are correct and why?

Your first 4 are comma-splice errors pure and simple, 1b3. Your last three stand up to the bare limits of grammar structure, but suffer from discourse marker deficiency (they are disconnected). e.
