Easy questions

01)I have done my homework. does it mean i have finished my homework, now maybe i have no work to do? this sentence must have this one meaning , why? OR it means i did it, but maybe i didn't finish it all, i just did 2 questions, but it opposes that i didn't do my homework.2) I have drawn that picture. it means i drew in the past, but must i understand this sentence as i have finished drawing Or i drew in the past, but not finished , just drew part of , but opposes that i didn't draw.02br
