0 the meaning of "to debit/dr. sb's account" is clear to me. 02br

00but I see in a debit note "Dr. to Wallem Shipping Ltd.". actually this D/B is issed by this Wallem Shipping Ltd. to a customer. I wonder whether "debit to " means to make the payment to Wallem. 02br
