Does this sentence of my Resume make sense?
Hi all,
I'm writing a Resume, and I would like to check if the following sentence of mine is valid.

Personal Attribute=
- Experienced in applying various software applications and programming languages for compiling statistics and reports from past research"
"""
I am uncertain that the "from past research" bit of the sentence is valid.
What I wanted to express with the above sentence is that:
1) I have experience in using software applications and programming languages for compiling statistics and reports
2) I acquired this experience from my past research post.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

That is not a personal attribute. A personal attribute is a personal quality or character, for instance hard-working, meticulous, goal-oriented, a self-starter, etc. php/Personal_Attributes

OK. But your sentence is still wrong; it sounds as if the reports are past research reports. Do this:
Experience gained from my past research post in applying various software applications and programming languages for compiling statistics and reports.
