Does this sentence make sense?

However, even when I lack sleep, I never feel fatigue or tired, and I most definately do not rely on sleeping pills.

Are the commas in the correct place and is it good to start a sentence with however?

Nicky Couture However, even when I lack sleep, I never feel fatigue or tired, and I most defin i tely do not rely on sleeping pills. Are the commas in the correct place and is it good to start a sentence with however? I think all the commas are OK, and I don't know of any rule against the use of "however" at the beginning of a sentence - providing the context allows it.
