Normally in math forum, we can't say for sure what the level of a student is by looking at the question that he/she posted.

Therefore, I asked, "Do you mind to tell me what calculus level that you're in?"

Am I asked a grammatically correct question here?

Do you mind is always following by the -ing form:

Do you mind telling me ... ?

Do you mind helping me ... ?

Do you mind sending me ... ?

________

And then your what and that are in conflict. You need a simple indirect question.

What level of calculus are you in? > what level of calculus you are in

There's no that in the direct question, so there should be no that in the indirect form either.

Do you mind telling me what level of calculus you're in?

The alternate is: Do you mind telling me the level of calculus (that) you're in?
