1font00Hello, I'm Dimi from Bulgaria02font02br 01font00My level of English is far from advanced.02br 00I would be very grateful, if someone can give me some comments on my review.02font02br 02br 01font00The task: Your college magazine has asked you to write a review of two magazines or newspapers that appeal to different kinds of readers. Say in what ways they are different and what makes them popular with their readers, giving your personal views about the publications.02font02br 02br 01font00Do you want interesting informative articles or objective reports, wide coverage of the news or the latest headlines? Then take a look at the Trud and the Standart Newspapers.02font02br 01font02br 00The Trud Newspaper is issued only once a week, but it provides a great amount of news. Its focus is mainly on the world news and the latest headlines. However, it also contains information about sport events and entertainment. The Trud newspaper provides objective, truthful journalism on the stories that affect all of us. It stands up to political correctness. The news coverage is fair and rational. All this makes the newspaper appeal to its readers, most of them – middle aged men.02font02br 01font00Unlike the Trud, the Standart Newspaper is published daily and it offers more detailed and in-depth articles ranging from show-business interviews to more political and sport issues. The style of the newspaper is a little too verbose, but the quality of pictures and supplements is better than the Trud. 02br 00In comparison with the Trud, the Standart is more expensive and it is more popular among young people - 20 – 30 years old. Its huge popularity is achieved mostly through its thoughtful and well-written style.02font02br 01font00The Standart Newspaper is better if you are interested in more extensive coverage of the news. But if you want impartial, intelligent journalism, then the Trud Newspaper is for you.02font02br 01font02br 00(Only 225 words 05000)02font00 010id6
