Differencence between would have and will have
How can I differentiate would have and will have? can I used would have for future probability or it is used being used in past ?

It is a conditional form (among other things), so: If I see you tomorrow, we will have lunch together. (A good chance of seeing each other) If I saw you tomorrow, we would have lunch together. (Not likely to see each other)
