The number shown on the report was 87 to 100, which was difference or different to those you mentioned. Please double check

First of all welcome to English Forums .. the correct is ( different ) beacause ( difference ) is the noun and ( different ) is the adjective .. you can use different like this example ( My car is different to your car ) or ( I have a different car )
