Obviously slim or none difference. It is the preference you should look after: deceit is maybe better as the first choice for a particular occurrence of a fraud, and deception is better as the first choice for the use or general appearance of a fraud. But, above that, I wouldn't say it matters (apart from their poetic sound - deceit is shorter thus more definite and concrete )
