Hello everybody. Can you please help me figure out what die Tribunal means in this sentence?
"The Meeting of States Parties in May 1997, as a result of the fact that
the Authority has for the time being no autonomous resources, adopted
the budget of die Tribunal "without prejudice" to the application of the
provisions of the Statute of the Tribunal in respect of the contribution to
be made by the Authority."
