Hi, I got a question from my friend near Shenzun. She likes to listen to Dido on her PC. Yesterday, I found the words on the net and posted them to her. She wrote back and asked me this question: what does “Well I will go down with this ship” mean?
I thought about it for a little while but I haven’t answered yet. Can anyone help me?

By the way it's a beautiful song. Go down means sink, but go down with sth means catch. I would be inclined to think that it means that the writer won't give up easily, which is what makes this song so interesting.
