Hi there,
I was in a bar tonight and my friend was telling me about a painting she saw. Her reaction after seeing it was: Wow did i just see that.
My other friend corrected her by saying it should be: Did i just saw that.
who is right ??

When you use a helping verb like "do", the main verb is not inflected. Did you just see that? What did he do today?
