I'm translating a paragraph for my school which needs a brief introduction to the job description of the director of admisssions. I'm wondering whether these sentence are grammatically corrent and make sense?

Here comes my paragraph:
The director of admissions is mainly responsible for the organization and administration of the admission of an educational institution, which typically include drafting the admission plan and outlines of the academic year, arranging to draw up and examine plans for various entrance examinations and admissions, formulating admission policies while supervising and monitoring the admission process for incoming students, and organizing promotions for enrollment.
