"Dear Sir, I must inform you that the deadline for ordering the electricity has expired on the 2nd of September so be aware that any order sent from this moment will have a charge (or addition of ?) of 20% " or
I have also thought something like this:
"Dear Sir, be aware that the last termin to place the order for the electricity was on the 2nd of September so from this moment, any order will be charged of 20% in addtion"
Please I need a reply for both my attempts, it is important to know how to write this concept the right way.
