Date imported/Import Date

Hi everyone,

I'd like to put a label on an application screen to tell users what date and time they are importing the file.
1) Which one do I use between "date imported" and "import date"?
2) Are these two both grammartically correct?

Thank you,

Both are OK, but I prefer 'date imported' because it makes it more clear to me that it relates to my action.

Hi,

I would like to agree with Clive. BTW, the orignial poster did not spell "gramatically" correctly.

You mean grammatically. (typo, perhaps?)
