Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to apply for position of part-time Recepcionist.
Organised, responsible person with strong interpersonal and service skills, and with some experience of office work, I feel I have the basic personal qualitiess for this position.
I have had an experience in the field of embassy. I was working for Embassy of the Republic of Hungary, in Stockholm. I worked as consular administration. I was responsible for the passports and visas, and I maneged the incoming calls. I gained experience operating the Embassy's telephone switchboard, and assisting in administrative work.
My primary reason for applying for part-time receptionist is working beside college. As you see my resume I am studying now, specialized in international communication in English and in Russian languages. This is my last year in the college. In additional too,
I would like to gain more work experience,
I hope that you find my resume of interest, and I look forward to the possibility of a personal interview.
Thank you very much for considering my application.
Yours faithfully,
