Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that is a good thing while others argue that it is not suitable . Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, there is an increase in a number of young people who occupy important government positions. While some people have opponent opinions with this trend, I support that this trend is more beneficial at present.

On the one hand, this tendency carries many significant drawbacks. The main issue is that it is really hard for youngsters to make older people accept their leadership, especially in some Eastern countries. The young authorities are usually considered that they would have insufficient capabilities to manage. In addition, all of them are lack of practical experiences. If they have never faced any challenge in their career, they would be more likely to get mistakes, which can affect many lives of many people.

On the other hand, I argue that many young people are gradually becoming a pivotal role in the government system and could bring a lot of advantages. Firstly, their youth a huge benefit which they could be more creative and up-to-date. As a result, they could legislate innovative breakthrough law and styles of management. Moreover, young people have a long period of time to contribute to their nation. For example, in some countries, with same abilities and qualifications which a younger candidate could be more likely to be elected than an older counterpart because of his longer anticipated time of devotion to public service in the future.

In conclusion, although there are strong arguments for both views, it seems to me that on the whole it is beneficial that more young people are being selected to play some key roles in the government.
