Could you please help me?
I´m writting a report but I´m not sure if the sentences below sound right. Could you please correct them for me?
1) This will be discussed with the client on the 1st December for his agreement.
2) 9 (out of 14) members of staff attended the presentation.
3) The initiatives, undertaken by the office to prevent polution and to minimise waste, have been recorded since July.
4) Despite the effort of reducing waste, when comparing the quantity of paper purchased (per month) against the quantity of paper disposed (per month), verifies that there is a considerable % of paper being disposed.
5) It would be beneficial to start thinking how effective are the current office initiatives to ensure the minimisation of paper waste.

I think it probably needs the full phrase, then:
3) The initiatives undertaken by the office to prevent pollution and minimise waste have been recorded in the database since July.
('In' the database, I believe, is the correct Computerese.)
