Could you please help make these sentences grammatical?
Could you please help me correct these sentences I'm having trouble correcting?
1 Keep doing what you are doing/what you do.
2 If he thinks he doesn't need to not make noise when you are sleeping, he's stupid./if not making noise while you are sleeping doesn't come naturally to him, he's stupid.
3 They are up in the sky/skies right now. (in a plane)
4 The lettuce (got) limp as I washed it./as I was washing it.
5 Does your body get the rest it need if you are lying down, eyes closed but not unconscious?
6 I've gotten to a point where even the slightest noise irritates me.
7 If you can't read the handwriting, just write down what you read.
8 I was waiting for you to call so I could leave/before leaving.
9 When asked, she says she sleeps less than she actually does.
10 I knew I could beat him the second I saw him play.
11 The door sometimes closes on me when I take the trash out.
12 The elevator is programmed to come back down when not in use.

1 Keep doing what you are doing/what you do. [both are ok, depending on the context. If you are talking about what someone "does", such as a job, then "what you do" is fine.
