I've verified thru and NO such discipline nor the tools/equipment covered in the lump sum contract.



Should in the event our client require the said discipline to be mobilized or hiring of equipment,

they need to execute change order based on Schedule C and we shall be reimbursed based on net invoiced cost plus the percentage mark-up.



I will pass you a copy of schedule C and Manpower Loading for your further reference.
