"Such" means something else. The "the" before "incorrect" was not parallel with its absence before "correct".

"Subjects can get a score from 0 to 20 on the first subscale, from 0 to 13 on the second, from 0 to 5 on the third, and thus from 0 to 38 on the entire test."

"Between" is ambiguous. A literal-minded reader sees "between 0 and 20" as "from 1 to 19".

You have to say what the first thing is; you can't wait until the third to spring it on us. I don't know what a subscale is. Maybe you mean "subsection".
