Could someone proofread this?
Someone I know asked me to translate a bio into English. I hope the one below gets its meaning across, but
probably still contains unidiomatic expressions here and there...

"Mr. XXXX was born in Tokyo in 1969.
He takes educational photos of fauna and flora of Yaejima Islands (Okinawa), etc., while
working as a commercial advertising photographer as well.
Since Childhood he was interested in Nature and Insects, and capturing images of flying insects
such as butterflies has become his life-long passion.
He often uses wide-macro /fish-eye lens and a stroboscope when taking these photographs.
He is a moderator of entomophile's community at FotoPus, a photo-sharing website supported by Olympus,
and also serves as a director of SSP (Society Of Scientific Photography.)"
