Can I say,
( a) One day, Peter took his sister to go shopping. He wanted to buy a blouse, but her sister wanted to buy a purse. Both of them could not decide. / Both of them could not decide to buy which one. So they did not buy them. Suddenly, they saw a bracelet.
( b) There were many patterns of purses and blouses, so we could not decide / decide to buy (them).
( c) We could not decide what / which presents for my mom.
( d) We saw a purse shop and a blouse shop. I wanted to buy a purse, but my sister preferred to give mother a blouse. We could not decide to buy purse or blouse.
