Is it: have been working? Or: have worked?
When did you start to work here?
Or: have you started? I would say "did start" because the start is over, it does not continue into the present. Correct?
I'm happy to be here. I had been looking for an interesting job for a long time.
Past perfect continuous because something had been happening for a period of time before I found the job?
