00 The hot season is finally in the ending stage and I am looking forward to a little cooler weather. We haven't had a chance to meet and discuss what we want to do for the upcoming season and I feel that having a meeting at my place will be good. I am thinking of a meeting that will last two days and one night. Accommodation will be provided to you all who wants to come but I feel obligated to charge 01 i 00 ____ 02 i 00 for each person willing to attend to cover the expenses running this event/meeting. If you are receptive to my suggestion, please send me a check for the amount by 23rd of May.
