I'm not quite sure if this sentence is absolutely correct.
I hope you don't mind but I'd like to make this email half job-related, half-personal. 1) First of all, should I say I hope you won't mind or I hope you don't mind? 2) Should I add it after mind? 3) Should I put one more dash between half and job-related? 4) Is the dash between half and personal correct?

It's okay, ask as many questions as you wish. The sentence is fine. If you choose to say I hope you won't mind then you should say if instead of but.
