correct my writing please!

Question

I'm so happy to receive the post card from you.
It's my first one.
I haven't got any post cards from even Postcrossing so far cause It wasn't long after enjoying it.
It's gotten cold over here too and I have had a slight cold.
My school life is a little boring.
I graduate next feb.
After graduating, I'd like to study English more and learn Spanish.
Can you speak any languages except Chinese and English?

I'm so happy to receive your post card. It's my first one. I haven't gotten any post cards even from Postcrossing so far because (I'm not sure what you want to say here about "it wasn't long after enjoying it" - enjoying what? Do you mean you signed up for a service recently?)

Also, I probably wouldn't start a new line for each sentence, and I might combine some of them, like "My school life is a little boring, but I graduate next Feb." This seems like a casual letter, though, so you have some freedom in how "correct" you want things to be. At the same time, you probably don't want it to be too choppy (lots of short sentences in a row) so that your friend enjoys reading it.

When I corrected your "haven't got" and made it "haven't gotten", I'm assuming you want to say that you didn't receive them yet, as opposed to just saying that you don't have any.

Ok - that makes more sense!

So I'm still slightly confused. What wasn't long after joining it? (Actually, I might say "after I joined" instead of "joining it". )
Or do you just mean to say "It hasn't been very long since I joined?" that is to say, you didn't join very long ago?
