00Nowadays, big city such as London, Tokyo and New York are encountered in traffic problem because of crowded people, most of people moved themselves from countryside to central of the city. They are rushing to work everyday and the most popular commuter is car, due to its convenient more than other methods. But the more cars on street the more pollution city is, thus its emission of CO2, carbon dioxide. CO2 is categorized in greenhouse gas, which is a primary cause of global warming.02br

00Recently, there are a number of international policies are launched in order to reduce world environmental crisis. According to the car usage, there is a scheme that charge the car owner whenever they are driving into central of the city, a congestion charge. This plan can reduce number of people using carin the core of the town. Furthermore, another choice of transportation is a public transport system, for instance bus, train and subway. The government should encorage its people to use a lot of these commuter, thus it may reduce traffic and polution.02br

00In conclusion, reduction of car usage is an issue that should be promoted because of it is one of the environmental friendly method. Moreover, the public transport system must be convenient to use in case of people will like to travel with it.0-
