Contract grammar question

Question

If we, us, or our is capitalized and defined (in the definitions section of a contract)as refuring to a specific company name or entity, should they be capitalized throughout the rest of the business agreement or to general english grammar principals still apply? Which is the correct method:
1. Capitalize and bold every we, us, or our that is in a business agreement.
2. Capitalize every we, us, or our that appears in the business agreement.
3. Only capitalize we, us, or our if it appears at the beginning of a sentance.

It's not clear from your post whether your question relates to a real contract, or is simply an exercise.

If it relates to a real contract, the contract should be drawn up by a professional legal advisor who is familiar with the requirements of contract law in your region.

If it relates to an exercise, I would say that the definition of 'we', 'us', 'our', 'you', 'your' etc will be applicable to every occurrence of those words, in whatever form or format they occur, throughout the contract.

For instance:

Definitions
'We', 'Us' and 'Our' means MrPedantic Productions Ltd.

'You' and 'Your' means the poster to whom the answer on English Forums is addressed and any employees, sub-contractors or agents of said poster.

It is hereby agreed that:
1. We shall provide you with one (1) example of an intransitive verb ("verb") once per month on the first day of the month for the remainder of your natural life.

2. On receipt of said verb, you shall use said verb in the next available sentence.

3. You shall indemnify us against all loss, actions, costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities whatsoever (if any) which we may incur, either at common law or by statute, in respect of personal injury to, or death of, any person, or in respect of any loss or destruction of, or damage to, syntax (other than as a result of any default or neglect of ourselves, or of any person for whom we are responsible) which shall have occurred in connection with any sentence uttered by you under this contract or shall be alleged to be attributable to some defect in the verb.

4. This contract shall be subject to the Law of English Forums and the jurisdiction of the moderators thereof.

But as I say, this only applies if it's an exercise.
