Is this sentence correct?
I consider the most important problem that TV teaches young people that they can solve their problems using violence.
It sounds awkward to me. I suppose the author of this sentence meant that: according to him, the worst side of TV is that it teaches young people to use violence

On the pattern of I consider my teacher a genius , it's correct, but with such heavy (long) constituents and such ambiguity (on first reading) about where the that clauses fit into the structure, I agree that it is awkward -- extremely awkward.
