Confusion!

I saw this sentence in a English teaching video where a Ma’am says this:

“As you would have seen, there is something special about the sentence”

she says this sentence at 6 minutes and 11 seconds of the video.

My only question is whether the use of would have is correct in her sentence? And what does ‘would have’ mean if it’s correct? Thank you in advance.
