Hello, could you help me guys, is it correct to say "my computer skills are at proficient level"?

M y computer skills are at a proficient level. It's not the best way to say it. Maybe this: I am (quite) proficient in using a computer.

It's not the best way to say it. Maybe this: I am (quite) proficient in using a computer.

It is not saying much, so it would be better to be more explicit: For example:
I am very experienced with desktop publishing, designing spreadsheets, and building web sites.
