Comparatively synonym?

Hi! everyone. Could you tell me whether comparatively and relatively are synonymous to each other?
I mean in these sentences -My room is relatively big than Johns.
-He is comparatively wise. (Where is the other thing to which we are comparing ) Please help me understand this.
And tell me the sentence in which one can't be replaced by the other.
Thanks!

Top answer

- Sometimes. -- The problem here is that 'bigger' makes both adverbs redundant. -He is comparatively/relatively wise.
