Comma with respectively

1. These Kits have suggested retail prices of $15.99 and $19.99, respectively.
2. Black admittance to Berkeley and UCLA is down 57% and 43% respectively.

Q) I found inconsistent examples like the above. Is it ok to use or not use a comma in front of "respectively"?
