Cluttered

My garage is cluttered.

Basically what I want to say is that my garage is filled with a lot of things. Is 'cluttered' the best word to say this? And is it enough or should I add 'with a lot of things' after 'cluttered'?

My garage is cluttered. This is fine. You could also say eg My garage is full of junk.

eg My garage is full of junk.

eg I need to tidy my garage.

eg I have too much stuff in my garage.
