These are not right. You may be thinking of the expression "If it's no bother", meaning "If it's not troublesome or difficult", which is a polite way to ask someone to do something for you. So, you can say "If it's no bother, please send this by fax."

3) If you leave him alone with any food, it will disappear / will have disappeared by the time you get/come back.

4) I'm glad everything's back to normal.

There is no need to write the whole of your questions in bold italics. It is not very easy on the eye. Use bold and italics for emphasis only, or use italics to distinguish the sentences and words you are asking about from the words of the question.

You are making one or two errors with spacing. Put a space after a comma or period, not before. Look at these closely:

"If it's no bother,please send this by fax." -- wrong
"If it's no bother ,please send this by fax." -- wrong
"If it's no bother, please send this by fax." -- correct
