00In the West, 'the dragon' is a symbolic way of referring to mainland China. 01font00to dance with the dragon 02font00means to co-operate in a close way with China. 02br

01font00presumably the cha-cha 02font00is a little harder to understand. The cha-cha is a dance where the partners work very closely together, and where many of their movements mirror each other, ie are the same. So, I think the cha-cha reference is just used to emphasize how closely Google is co-operating with the Chinese government.02br
