Caused or Have Caused?
If I write a letter of apology how is it better to say? :
a) I would like to apologize for the problems we have caused you?
b) I would like to apologize for the problems we caused you?
I think that it depends on the context. If I say option A I would assume that the problem hasn't been fixed
On the other hand, if I say option B I would think that the problem has already been tended to and fixed.
I just want to know if you think the same way
