Can anyone please explain to me why Microsoft word would not underline the word "casted" when you type it in, if the word "cast" does not have a past tense. Rather when is casted supposed to be used in a sentence.
Thanks in advance!

" It's an irregular verb. You will have to direct your question to Microsoft, though, not us. She cast her line into the water.
