Cancel the refund request
If one of my customer ask for a refund of my products for some reason, how can I express that I need he/she to stop the refund request and close the issue after I have settled the problem for him/her, but he/she does not reply me?
Can I say "Could you please kindly cancel your refund request ?" I notice someone use "withdraw the refund request", is that Okay?

"Could you please cancel your refund request" is OK, provided that there is a cancellation procedure that must be carried out, and the recipient knows what this is (or can easily find out). However, normally in situations when a refund request has been settled, in my experience, there is no need for the customer to do anything specific to cancel the request. Normally the customer, having had the issue settled, would do nothing further (except maybe thank someone).
