Can you say/tell your idea to somebody?
Examples:
"Tell me your idea."
"Say your idea".

Hi Antonis The first one is good. I can't think of any use for the second - or any simple variation of it. Ideas have to be told or explained - something like that.

The first one is good. I can't think of any use for the second - or any simple variation of it. Ideas have to be told or explained - something like that. 'Say' just doesn't seem to work.
