Can you help me with my Motivantio Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,
When I learned about this position I didn’t think twice. The thought of a studentship at XY seemed like a unique opportunity to me, which would have a great impact on my life and my goals.
As I have nearly finished my studies, my next big step is applying for an MSc. However, in order to make an efficient choice of the degree, I firstly want to have working experience on this sector. In this way, I am going to spot which aspect of learning I like the most and want to deepen.
The field of studies that I have chosen opens up to a very competitive labor market. A working experience at XY would be a milestone at my future career and would give me great chances of a better job opportunity.
Human Recourse Management, Organizational Psychology and Marketing are heavily connected to the human factor, as the core of their operations. I believe that you get the most out of them, when you work in an environment where you cooperate with people of different cultures and ideas, who might have a completely different perspective of viewing things and handling situations. It can contribute to really expand my horizons and understand phenomena that I wouldn’t be able to do if working with people of the same culture. Furthermore, XY provides students with a friendly working environment and makes them feel a member of a big family, something that maximizes their creativity and productivity, which are important elements of sciences like H/R and Marketing.
