Can you correct anything in this message?

The language is clear and correct. There are a couple of "typo-type" things: Why the "carriage returns after "you'll have to make" and "is manageable in"? You missed capitalizing a personal pronoun "So, i was assuming" I'd begin a new paragraph with "At the same time".
