As wilpeter mentioned, for TV stations use:

e.g. "Channel 123"
or
e.g. "CBS."

I suppose that Channel TV is a canal not a numbered channel TV

You should stay at home tonight because they're doing Jewel in the Crown on channel 22 tonight at 8.
