Can someone please correct the mistakes?
I personally know how hard it is to raise a claim to Tribunal and it hurts me each time someone is passing line of three months because of lack of information.
54.000 women a year in the UK are pushed out of work due to pregnancy or maternity related discrimination. Society expect them to leave a newborn and take care of the claim within a three months of unfair dismissal. Trust me, you can not get a lawyer in that short period of time especially when all your money are spend to take care of a newborn.
I do not have kids, I will never have them, but I have a sister in law, I have cousins and friends and it worries me a lot that they are expected to choose between seeking justice or getting to know their baby.
