Can I do this with multiple quotes in a sentence?
For example, in this sentence.
The survey was met with varied responses, such as "I don't like going out in the rain" and "I'd feel better with my raincoat".
Is it OK to put the quotes like that with "and" separating them? It feels like it should be fine, but I'm paranoid and need confirmation. Thanks!
