"can have PP for future perfect"?
In English, "will have PP" is for the future perfect.
but Is the below sentence right?
"He can have finished the book by next monday."
I think, it means he has an ability to finish the book and will finish it by the time.
What is differnce with the below sentence?
"He will have finished the book by next monday."
