can anybody correct the caused and sentence.





Last week, we‘ve got a problem with 80 US dollars.

We already accepted the membership fees.



The condition looks like good (no torn, no stained, no pen mark) but MF bank couldn’t accept these 80 USD as old and faded notes so return from the bank and I already called them.



Some member has no complaint; the other member has been a little bit complaint.

In the future time, please don’t accept the worn out notes.



If you accept compliance, you will take responsible for future problem.






In others way, if we make full of excuses, our revenue will be going down so what should we do?

Could you please contribute your ideas to make it successful?
