Here are my suggestions: Delivery time -- I presume that this is the title for the next two lines below ETD Pluritec premises by week 9. -- Estimated time of delivery to the Pluritec office/factory/facilities is in the the 9th week from (now / manufacture / purchase order date) at the latest.
